Burdock has been know for its many potential uses such as: increase urine flow, kill germs, reduce fever, "purify" blood blood. It is know to assist with the urinary tract, clearing of the arteries, intestinal complaints, oral lesions, cancer, gout, increase sex drive and applied to the skin assist with wrinkles and other skin issues.
How to make Burdock Tea:
1-To make a cup from Burdock root, place about 1 tsp dried burdock root in a teacup
2- Pour approximately 7 ounces of hot or boiling spring or filtered water over the herbs
3- Let it steep for at least 1 minute and a maximum of 20 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
4- Strain the loose pieces and enjoy.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
