WHAT IS BLADDERWRACK:
BlAdderwrack is the most common type of seaweed found in the ocean. Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) is a type of brown seaweed that’s tied to traditional medicine. 1. Boil a cup of water
2. Pour hot water into a cup. Add 1 teaspoon of bladderwrack to the hot water.
3. Strain the bladderwrack and let the cup sit for 10 minutes before drinking.
