I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. We ship all orders standard by USPS or UPS. All orders are process and ship between 7 to 14 business days. Wholesale items (25PCS) will take 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping. Once order is shipped out you will automatically receive a email with your tracking number. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at info@snatchqueen.com

I am not in love with my order, but its damaged. What can I do?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 10 days to send it back to us for a full refund. please email us at info@snatchqueen.com with your order number and pictures of defective product. Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
How can I return my order? 

Unfortunately, we don’t  offer refund ONLY exchange or store credit. We only exchange for size error, defective or damaged. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items can be exchange within 10 days after receiving delivery.  Several types of goods are exempt from being exchange. Perishable goods such as sea moss, Snatch Queen Gift cards, beauty care products, skin care products workshops or digital products. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at info@snatchqueen.com and mail your item to:12645 Memorial Dr, Suite F-1, Houston TX 77024, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if item being exchange because of a error cause by you.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at inof@snatchqueen.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Our Caribbean wildcrafted sea moss gel last 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator , up to 3 months in the freezer. Raw sea moss can be store in a dry place in a container or bag for 1 year.

Our sea moss skincare shelf life is 1 year. Sea moss deodorant 6 months. Please store products in a dry place in steal proof containers.
